What is eScrip?

eScrip is an electronic fundraising program used by every major preschool, elementary school, and high school in Marin County.  Each family that registers its grocery, credit, and debit cards earns money for Strawberry Preschool with every purchase at participating merchants (Safeway, Whole Foods, Goodman's Hardware, Round Table Pizza, and more). These merchants contribute a percentage of your purchases to Strawberry every time you shop.  The best part is it costs you nothing!

How does it benefit the school?

Donations received by Strawberry via eScrip are used solely to pay teacher bonuses.  The more people who sign up, the more we're able to give back to our teachers. 

How do we sign-up?

• Have your credit, debit, Safeway, and/or Macy's cards handy. (Please register both parents' cards for maximum return.)
• Go to www.escrip.com and click on "Sign-up"
• Click on "Group ID" and enter the number "500001485"
• Click on "Strawberry Preschool" then click "Next" and provide your personal information.
• It's fast, easy, and secure (see www.escrip.com for security info).

What if we're already registered for eScrip at another school?

No problem. You can add Strawberry to your account and eScrip will automatically split your donation between schools. Simply log onto www.escrip.com and follow the directions for adding an additional organization to your account. 

Do we need to renew anything?

Yes. If you've previously signed up with eScrip, please remember to renew your commitment to Safeway by November 1 to continue earning for Strawberry Preschool. If you don't remember your Safeway Club Card number (an ID number on your card, not the phone number that you enter at check-out), please call 877-SAFEWAY for customer service.
